  • All film programmes are delivered in our main venue, Keswick Alhambra cinema, 36 St John's Street, Keswick CA12 5AG

  • With a festival pass, you do not have to pre-book, but you can use your pass to log in and reserve seats - particularly recommended for events taking place in Screen 2 (with a limited capacity of 28).

  • We'll send out email alerts to all pass holders when booking is open for individual events close to the festival date.

  • The full pass gives you access to reserve a place at every event in our programme. However, we encourage pass holders to reserve a seat early on to guarantee a seat for you.

  • The full pass is associated with your name and can be only used by the pass holder. You need to show the digital pass when you enter the screening hall.

    One pass for one person only. your accompany is welcome to get their own festival pass.

  • We wish that we could’ve provided you with free accommodation with the pass but we’re so sorry that the answer is a No. Accommodation and travelling info will be provided on our official website soon! We are building on a list of recommended accommodations and hope to secure exclusive deals for festival guests.

  • Can I return the full pass if I cannot make it to the event?

    Unfortunately, as an independent festival, we do not operate refunds unless the festival is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. However, you are more than welcome to transfer your pass to your relative, partner or close friend. please email us with your request at alhambracinema@gmail.com at least 3 days before the festival starts.

    For other individual screening/event bookings, contact us at alhambracinema@gmail.com as soon as possible to explain the circumstances. With enough notice, we are nearly always able to swap your booking so you can use your funds for another screening.
